We have identified the cause to be related to an outage with one of our ISPs in our data center. We have re routed traffic and have observed recovery throughout the affected properties and services. We will continue to monitor over the next couple hours.

Update
We are continuing to investigate the issues that are affecting No-IP services. At this time Dynamic DNS and DNS resolution is not affected.

This incident affected: Website, Account Management (my.noip.com), Alternate-port SMTP, Backup MX / Mail Reflector, Monitoring, Payment Processing, and Support (noip.com/support).
